The institute for medical technology assessment (iMTA) of the university medical center (UMCR) of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is a university-based scientific institute that performs research in medical technology assessment, including health economics and health outcomes research. It is dedicated to support the use of cost-effectiveness information in healthcare decision making.
